Refund policy

7 DAYS RETURN POLICY 
If you are not satisfied, get a Refund or Replacement within 7 days of delivery. 

• *Not applicable to Custom Shoes. 
• *Not applicable for International Orders (Orders shipped outside the Indian Subcontinent)
• *Not applicable on Seconds, i.e. Once an order is replaced or exchanged, it cannot be exchanged/ replaced/ returned again. 
• *All purchases made using discount codes or offers, will only be applicable for exchange and replacements.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
